Cara
Cara is from Columbia, Missouri. She attended Westminster College where she played soccer and ran cross country. She loves exploring the mountains and often takes trips to Colorado for hiking and skiing. Cara says that it is empowering to see patients getting better and gaining function through chiropractic care. She thinks the best part of Focus on Health, specifically, is getting to see the confidence grow for the patients throughout their time with us.
