I couldn't imagine what my quality of life would be without chiropractic care, and more specifically the care and environment I have experienced with Focus On Health. My body and movement patterns have seen a direct benefit but more importantly throughout the many years I have spent at FOHC I have developed positive, uplifting relationships with the doctors, staff and patients. These positive relationships are a unique feature to FOHC that I feel honored to be a part of. 

Outside of the office, the people most important to me come first. My husband Cody, Family, and two amazing Boston Terrier's Jax and Blue. My favorite evening includes exploring new outdoor trails and walking the pups. During the summertime we can be found lounging at the Lake of the Ozarks, enjoying the water. I'm also a fan of country music but have a heart for the oldies. 

They say you spend a third of your time at work but I disagree, with the awesome patients, uplifting staff, and how inspiring it is to have Dr. Curt and his wife Krista as mentors; nothing about what I do at FOHC feels like work to me. I am lucky to be a part of this family and am so thankful we are able to provide a high level of care for our community.
