Jenn
Jenn was born and raised in Missouri but spent several years on the east coast before returning with her husband DJ and son Mateo to be closer to family. She enjoyed a career with the YMCA as an aquatic and fitness director while living on the east coast. It was there where Jenn found her passion for working closely with clients to provide a way to a healthier life through movement and lifestyle change. Jenn has run her own health coaching business here in Columbia for 6 years and loves to help people find motivation to change habits that lead to long term results. In her free time, she loves to watch her son play baseball, mountain bike with her family, and compete in adventure races. Her favorite place on earth is the beach and they visit it at least once a year.
