The Movement Lab has a plan to help you avoid injury and reach your PR's this season!!! Join us for just $60/week for small group training with your closest Big Tree Cycling friends! Our physician directed, functional training is safe and extremely effective! Our Movement Specialist Kristy will take you through the 5 foundational movements (push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry) and challenge your core and cardiovascular system with intense and intentful 45 min training sessions. Dr. Curt will help behind the scenes and develop an endurance training regimen to help sharpen your strengths and support your weakness on the bike.
10 weeks of 2x/week small group fitness
10 week base training program for cycling, running, and swimming
Lifestyle counseling in nutrition and recovery tailored to each member (3 1:1 check ins), which may also include a grocery field trip
A home core strengthening program
Recovery bag full of goodies
Weather/interset dependent, group ride/runs from FOHC on the weekends
