Ryan was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He was an athlete growing up focusing on several sports and optimizing his performance. While at Lafayette High School in Chesterfield, he excelled in Football and Volleyball, while in his youth played baseball and soccer. Throughout his athletic career he had bumps, bruises, and some serious injuries which started him down the path of becoming a healthcare provider. He had to adapt, modify, and learn how to perform better while battling these injuries.

Mylan began her journey in Columbia after moving from the small, farming town of Clarence, MO back in 2011. She has quite the diverse background as she spent a couple years working in a spa setting as a CIDESCO certified and licensed Esthetician, managed a supplement store, and is a certified Sports Nutritionist through ISSA. As you can surely tell, Mylans passion lies in helping others look, feel, and perform at their peak.



Natalie grew up in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri with a love for playing sports and being outdoors. It wasn’t until sustaining multiple sports injuries in high school when she knew she wanted to help others stay in the game and remain active and healthy. I grew up in Moberly Missouri and graduated from Moberly High School in 2009. I continued my education at Moberly Area Community College for two years before I moved to Columbia to be closer to family in 2011.
