JESSIE

Jessie’s fascination with the human body—its ability to move, adapt, and heal—has shaped both her athletic and professional journey. As a collegiate long-distance runner competing in track and cross country at Westminster College, she set multiple school records, earned six SLIAC championships, and was named Runner of the Year three times. Her dedication to athletics and performance was further recognized when she was inducted into Westminster’s Athletic Hall of Fame. Along the way, Jessie gained firsthand insight into movement efficiency, injury prevention, and the body’s complex compensation patterns. Her own experience with overuse injuries not only inspired a passion for helping others recover and move freely but also gave her a deep empathy for the challenges athletes face in training and healing.

After earning her degree in Exercise Science and Health Psychology, Jessie became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. These certifications expanded her ability to assess movement patterns, identify imbalances, and design effective strategies for recovery and performance. With this strong foundation, she is able to bridge the gap between fitness and rehabilitation, offering clients a holistic path to long-term health and resilience.

Jessie began her massage journey in Boulder, Colorado, where she studied at the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute and worked with both professional athletes and active individuals. She is trained in pain management, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and is also certified in cupping therapy. Drawing from her background in endurance athletics, Jessie understands both the physical and mental challenges of pain and injury. She meets each client where they are, creating individualized sessions that relieve tension, restore movement, and support long-term goals. Her focus is on helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered—whether that means easing daily discomfort, recovering from injury, or reaching peak performance.

Outside of her work, Jessie finds joy and balance in the outdoors and movement. Running remainsone of her favorite ways to connect with both her body and mind, alongside hiking, paddle boarding, practicing yoga, lifting in the gym, and soaking up sunshine whenever possible—all often in the company of her two dogs, Zola and Lexi. A lover of quiet moments as well, she enjoys unwinding with a good book and staying grounded through nature and intentional living.
