Natalie grew up in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri with a love for playing sports and being outdoors. It wasn’t until sustaining multiple sports injuries in high school when she knew she wanted to help others stay in the game and remain active and healthy. Natalie started her education at Southeast Missouri State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. She then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Sport Administration at Northwestern State University in Louisiana. There, she also worked as their softball team’s Athletic Trainer. From there, she decided to attend an Athletic Training Residency program through Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital in Texas. The residency program’s main focus was teaching new manual therapy techniques to incorporate into the way they treated their athletes and the injuries they sustained. The past two years, Natalie has spent her time in Katy, Texas where she was an athletic trainer for one of the high schools. She is excited to be back in her home state, being closer to her family and to have joined the Focus On Health team.
